Welcome to the official website of the Braemar Community Council. We serve as the statutory local voice for the residents of Braemar, Inverey, and the surrounding areas within Aberdeenshire.
Community Advocacy: We represent your views on local infrastructure, services, and community development.
Planning & Licensing: Our members review and discuss local planning and licensing applications affecting the Braemar area.
Public Welcome: Monthly meetings are entirely open to the public.
Resident Participation: We actively encourage residents to attend, voice opinions, and shape local decisions.

ABOUT Braemar
Braemar is a vibrant community of around 800 residents, located at the heart of the Cairngorms National Park. Steeped in rich Scottish heritage, our village thrives amidst dramatic mountain landscapes and ancient Caledonian pine forests.
